Efficient, Automated, Results Driven

I spent seven years running a business to eight figures. Now I build the AI systems that handle the repetitive work eating your team's day — chasing leads, following up, moving data — so the business scales without the headcount.

About Me

I'm not a developer who learned business. I spent seven years running one.

In 2016, I was making $150,000 a year as a cable technician, working about five hours a day at a job I actually liked. Then I got laid off with 250 other people in a single afternoon. Nobody asked me first. That's when it landed: working for someone else, I would always be a cog in a system that could decide it didn't need me.

What I built next took eight months to make its first dollar. It went on to do eight figures over seven years. A twelve-person team, five salespeople, $5,000 a day in ad spend, 4,700 customers. I wasn't the face of it. I was the one behind it: the funnels, the sales process, the SOPs, the operations, the parts nobody claps for. And when the market turned, I was the one who called it and shut it down.

I watched thousands of people try to build something over those years. Almost all of them quit inside two months. Not because they couldn't do it, but because results didn't come fast enough to hold their interest. That taught me more about why businesses stall than any of the wins did.

Now I build the systems I wish I'd had back then. Not experiments. Not chatbots for the sake of it. The unglamorous machinery that answers a lead before your competitor does, moves data without a human retyping it, and hands you back the hours you've been quietly losing. And if the thing slowing you down shouldn't be automated at all, I'll tell you that instead. I'd rather fix the real problem than sell you the easy one.

What I build

01

Websites That Sell

Most sites are digital brochures nice to look at, and completely passive. I design and ship fast, conversion-focused sites that answer questions, qualify visitors, and turn traffic into booked calls. A salesperson that works while you sleep, not a business card.

02

Lead Generation & Outreach

The average business takes hours to respond to a new lead usually after a competitor already has. I build pipelines that find your ideal prospects, qualify them, and follow up in seconds, in your voice. Speed to lead wins the deal, and machines don't sleep.

03

Back-Office Automation

Data entry, scheduling, report generation, hiring screens, client onboarding the repetitive work quietly draining your payroll. I replace it with systems that run around the clock, without errors and without complaint. Hours back every single week.

04

24/7 Support & Assistants

Your team answers the same questions all day, and customers still end up waiting. I build assistants trained on your business your docs, your policies, your tone that handle support, qualify inquiries, and brief your team instantly. On the clock 24/7, always on-brand.

05

Custom Tools & Dashboards

Running the business shouldn't mean a dozen open tabs and no single view. I build custom internal tools and command centers that pull your metrics, tasks, and pipelines onto one screen scored and updated in real time so you decide from the whole picture instead of reacting to pieces.

06

AI Strategy & Implementation

Not sure where AI actually pays off for you? I audit your operations, show you the two or three changes with the highest return, and then build them. Strategy is just expensive advice until someone ships it.

A practical look at the systems worth building, the ones that need a person in the loop, and where I start.

Before we brought Cleverstack in, we were losing four or five jobs a week just because nobody picked up the phone during busy hours. Palmer set up an AI voice agent that answers every call, books estimates straight into our calendar, and texts back anyone we miss within thirty seconds. Within about six weeks our booked estimates went up 34% and we haven't had a “missed call” complaint since. Worth every penny.
Michael SullivanOwner
Cleverstack built us a missed-call text-back system and an AI follow-up sequence for quotes that go cold. We used to lose maybe 30% of our plumbing quotes to silence. Now every quote gets three automated follow-ups over ten days, and we've recovered close to 18% of what used to just disappear. Palmer walked me through the whole thing personally which I appreciated since I'm not exactly tech savvy.
Anthony MarchettiOwner, Plumbing
Working with Cleverstack changed how we handle new leads completely. We're an electrical contracting company and used to have a shared inbox three different people were supposed to check. Nobody checked it consistently and leads went cold. Palmer built a system where every web form and missed call triggers an instant text response, and if nobody responds in 15 minutes it escalates automatically. Our average response time went from almost 4 hours to under 6 minutes.
Brandon KowalskiOperations Manager, Electrical Contracting
Cleverstack set up our review request automation about four months ago. Every completed job now triggers a text asking for a Google review with a direct link, and we went from averaging maybe two reviews a month to fifteen. Our rating climbed from 4.2 to 4.7 stars.
Nathan PrescottOwner
We hired Cleverstack to build a missed-call text-back and voicemail transcription system for our garage door repair business. Every voicemail gets transcribed and texted to whichever tech is closest to that job site. Response complaints basically disappeared. Palmer had it done in under two weeks.
Douglas ReinholtFounder, Garage Door Repair
I run a locksmith business and speed is everything in this trade. Cleverstack built a missed-call text-back system paired with an AI dispatcher that can quote emergency lockout pricing in under a minute. Average time from missed call to technician dispatched dropped from around 12 minutes to just under 4. Palmer really understood the urgency piece of our business, which surprised me honestly.
Vincent OkonkwoFounder & CEO, Locksmith
I own a moving company and our old process was a mess of spreadsheets and sticky notes. Cleverstack connected our website forms, missed calls, and Facebook leads into one automated system. Took about a month to sync everything properly, but now nothing falls through the cracks. Palmer stuck with it through a couple of hiccups early on, which I respected.
Steven MarchettiOwner, Moving
I've worked with a few automation companies before and Cleverstack is genuinely the most competent one I've dealt with. Palmer built a full follow-up and nurture sequence for my flooring business that doesn't feel robotic to customers. Quote-to-close time shrank from about 11 days to 7, which matters a lot when customers are getting three or four quotes.
Harold WhitfieldOwner, Flooring
I own a chain of three auto repair shops and coordinating leads across locations was a nightmare before Cleverstack came in. Palmer built a centralized system that routes missed calls and web leads to whichever shop is nearest. Took roughly six weeks to fully roll out because of the routing logic, but our no-show rate dropped from around 18% to 9% since launch.
Samuel PetrakisOwner & Founder, Auto Repair
Cleverstack put together a full missed-call and lead nurture system for our plumbing business. It actually asks about the specific issue, whether it's an emergency, and gives realistic arrival windows. Our average lead response time dropped from just over three hours to about four minutes. Palmer checks in every couple months just to see how it's performing, which most vendors don't bother doing.
Owen CastellanosFounder & CEO, Plumbing
Fantastic to work with. Clear pricing, clear timelines, and Palmer actually delivered on both, which is rare these days.
Marcus DelgadoVice President
Everything Palmer explained matched exactly what we discussed in our first call. No surprises, no scope creep. That kind of honesty goes a long way with me.
Sarah WhitmoreDirector of Operations
Very thorough onboarding process with Cleverstack. Palmer took the time to actually understand our workflow before building anything.
Priya RamanathanCo-Founder
Good experience from start to finish. Palmer was upfront about what would and wouldn't be possible with our budget.
Julian CastroPresident
Straightforward process, no unnecessary jargon. Palmer explained everything in terms that made sense to a non-technical guy like me.
Ray ThibodeauxOwner
Good value for what we paid. The automation Palmer built has paid for itself many times over already.
Connor BlackwoodCOO
Clean build, great support, and Palmer didn't disappear after the project was done like some companies do.
Elijah VasquezProject Manager
Solid company, solid work. Palmer and his team stood by everything they said they'd deliver.
Hassan MalikPresident
We run a small chain of gyms and Cleverstack automated our trial membership follow-up, which used to be handled inconsistently by whoever was at the front desk. Our trial-to-paid conversion climbed from about 22% to just over 30% in the first two months. Palmer also suggested a couple tweaks to our messaging that we hadn't even thought of.
Trevor LindqvistOwner, Gyms
I've had automation vendors overpromise before, so I went in cautious. Palmer was upfront that results take a few weeks to stabilize as the AI learns our specific call patterns. That honesty mattered to me. For our electrical business, it took about four weeks before the voice agent was handling calls without much correction, but it's been essentially hands-off since. We're booking around 30% more service calls per month now.
Marcus FeldmanOwner, Electrical
I run a roofing company and honestly I was skeptical about AI answering my phones. Customers can tell when they're talking to a robot, right? Wrong. The voice agent Palmer Joseph built sounds natural, asks the right qualifying questions, and hands off seamlessly to my estimator when someone's ready to book. Took about two months to fully dial in the script to match how we actually talk to customers, but now it's booking 15-20 estimates a month on its own.
Robert FitzgeraldFounder, Roofing
I own a pest control company in the Fraser Valley and by far the biggest issue we had was after-hours calls. People see a rat and they call at 9pm, we don't answer, they call the next guy. Cleverstack set up a voice agent that handles those calls, quotes rough pricing, and books next-day service automatically. In the first full month we picked up 22 extra jobs we would've lost outright. Palmer had it up and running in about three weeks including all the pricing tiers.
Kevin MarsdenFounder & CEO, Pest Control
I didn't think an AI agent could handle emergency plumbing calls the way a real dispatcher could. I was wrong. Palmer's team built a system that triages calls by urgency and texts our on-call tech directly for anything flagged as an emergency. It's not perfect on every single call, maybe one in twenty needs a human, but that's a massive improvement from where we started.
Gregory HalvorsenOwner, Plumbing
As a landscaping company owner, my biggest headache every spring was the flood of quote requests I couldn't keep up with. Cleverstack built an AI intake system that asks qualifying questions and pre-sorts leads by job size before they ever reach me. Took about five weeks to get tuned properly, but it's been running clean for two seasons now. Palmer checked in periodically even after launch to make sure it was still performing.
Timothy AbernathyOwner, Landscaping
I was referred to Cleverstack by another contractor and I'm glad I made the call. Palmer built an AI voice agent for my HVAC business that handles the initial call, checks our calendar in real time, and books maintenance appointments without any back and forth. We've booked over 200 additional appointments in the last five months that we would've otherwise missed during peak hours.
Frank DelvecchioOwner, HVAC
We're a small dental practice and Cleverstack built us an automated recall and rebooking system for patients overdue for cleanings. Our recall rebooking rate went from around 40% to 61% over the first three months. Palmer's team also trained our front desk staff on how it worked, which made the transition painless.
Daniel AshworthPractice Owner, Dental
Cleverstack built an AI voice receptionist for my painting company that's honestly better than the part-time answering service I used to pay for. Cost me less than half what I was paying before and books appointments 24/7. My booked walkthroughs are up about 25% since we turned it on four months ago. Palmer's pricing was fair too, no hidden fees.
Adam KrzywickiOwner, Painting
As someone who runs a real estate brokerage, I wasn't sure an automation company that mostly works with trades could handle our world, but Cleverstack adapted well. Palmer built a lead response system and an automated nurture sequence for buyers who aren't ready yet. We've converted several leads that were six months old into closed deals this year alone.
Jonathan PressleyBroker/Owner, Real Estate
As a roofing contractor, storm season used to overwhelm our phone lines completely. Cleverstack built a voice agent specifically trained to handle the surge in calls after a big storm. During the last major windstorm that hit our area, the system handled over 140 calls in two days without a single one going to voicemail. Palmer had warned me the AI would need a few real storms to fully calibrate, and he was right, but it held up better than I expected even the first time.
Peter YaroslavskyOwner, Roofing
Cleverstack built us an AI-driven booking and reminder system for our veterinary clinic. Our no-show rate dropped from around 15% to under 7% within the first two months. Palmer's team even handled a couple of edge cases we hadn't thought to mention during planning.
Benjamin OkoroClinic Owner, Veterinary
